Our guarantee: if the audit doesn't identify opportunities worth at least 10 times its fee (CA$100,000) in estimated annual savings or new revenue, you don't pay, and you keep the report. Estimates are documented in the report with their assumptions. Full terms are in the audit agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Questions about the audit
How much does the audit cost?
CA$10,000, fixed, plus applicable taxes. If you go ahead with the recommended implementation sprint, the full fee is credited against it.
How much time does it take from our team?
About 4 to 6 hours in total: a kickoff, 30 to 45 minute interviews with the people who do the work, and the final readout.
What access do you need?
Read-only access or screen shares for the systems in scope. We don't need to change anything during the audit.
What happens after the audit?
That's up to you. If you go ahead with the recommended sprint, the audit fee is credited in full. You can also take the plan to your own team or another vendor.
How does the guarantee work?
In the report, we estimate the annual savings or new revenue for each opportunity and show our assumptions. If the opportunities we identify add up to less than CA$100,000 a year (10 times the audit fee), we refund the fee in full and you keep the report. The exact terms are set out in the audit agreement you sign before we start.
